Wedding Deposit & Payment Policy
1. Booking Confirmation
To secure your wedding date, a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total cost is required when booking. This deposit confirms your reservation and ensures that your date is exclusively held for you.

2. Payment Terms
• The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 24 hours prior to the wedding date.
• Payment plans may be available upon request and must be agreed upon in writing.

3. Cancellation Policy
• Deposits are non-refundable.
• If you cancel your booking within 5 months of your wedding date, no refunds will be issued for any payments made up to that point. This policy reflects the reservation of your date and the likelihood of turning away other customers during that period.

4. Damage to Décor
Any hired décor or items must be returned in the condition they were provided.
• If décor is damaged or broken, you are responsible for either replacing the item with an identical one or paying its full replacement value as stated in your agreement.
• An inspection of all décor will take place after the event, and you will be notified of any damages within 48 hours.

5. Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule your wedding:
• The 10% deposit can be transferred to a new date (subject to availability) if written notice is given at least 6 months before the original wedding date.
• A rebooking fee may apply, depending on the circumstances.
Event Décor Policy & Payment Terms
1. Payment Terms
• All payments must be made in full prior to the event date.
• Full payment is required before setup begins to ensure smooth event execution.

2. Décor Responsibility
• All hired décor and items must be treated with care and returned in the condition they were provided.
• Damage, Loss, or Theft: If any décor items are damaged, broken, or go missing, the client is responsible for:
• Replacing the item with an identical one, or
• Paying the full replacement value as stated in the agreement.
• An inspection of all décor will take place post-event, and any issues will be reported within 48 hours.
